Your access and use of the Platform, any part thereof, or anything associated therewith, including its content ("Content"), any products or services provided through the Platform or otherwise by Sera RX, and any affiliated website, software, or application owned or operated by Sera RX (collectively, including the Platform and the Content, the "Service") are subject to our Privacy Policy unless specifically stated otherwise. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined in this Cookie Policy ("Cookie Policy") have the same meaning as set forth in our Privacy Policy, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, or the Sera RX Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions").

This Cookie Policy explains how Sera RX and our service providers and partners use cookies and other similar tracking technologies on the Service, the categories of such technologies we use, the purposes for which we use them, and the choices available to you. This Cookie Policy supplements, and is incorporated by reference into, our Privacy Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy. To the extent any tracking technology described here collects, processes, or shares Consumer Health Data, our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy governs that activity. In the event of a conflict between this Cookie Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy with respect to Consumer Health Data, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy applies to the extent that it is consistent with applicable state law.

What Are Cookies and Similar Technologies

These cookies and technologies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems without impairing the Service. Consumer Health Data and Sensitivity Commitment

We recognize that information relating to your health is sensitive. Sera RX is a telehealth technology platform, and certain activity on the Service may relate to health conditions, treatments, or products, including compounded GLP-1 medications such as semaglutide and tirzepatide.

We are committed to not using cookies, pixels, SDKs, or other advertising or tracking technologies to collect, use, disclose, sell, or share Consumer Health Data in ways that are prohibited by applicable law. In particular, we do not use such technologies to disclose Consumer Health Data to advertising or analytics partners in a manner that would require your consent under applicable state consumer health data laws unless that consent has been obtained, and we maintain measures intended to prevent health-related browsing activity from being shared for advertising in violation of applicable law.

Our collection, use, and disclosure of Consumer Health Data through tracking technologies is governed by our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy, which describes your rights and our obligations under applicable state law, including with respect to consent, withdrawal of consent, and the safeguards we apply to health-related activity. To the extent of any inconsistency between this Cookie Policy and our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy regarding Consumer Health Data, the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy controls to the extent consistent with applicable state law.

How Long Cookies and Similar Technologies Last

Cookies and similar technologies last for different periods of time depending on their purpose:

• Session cookies and technologies are temporary. They exist only while your browser or session is open and are deleted automatically when you close your browser or your session ends. They are typically used for essential functions such as maintaining your login state during a visit.
